The Air Tour of Bulgaria 2025 will begin on September 20 from Ihtiman Airfield and will include stops at the airfields of Gabrovo, Plovdiv, and Primorsko.

This year, the initiative is dedicated to two important anniversaries: 100 years since Bulgaria’s accession to the International Air Navigation Convention and 110 years since the creation of the first Bulgarian aircraft by designer and pilot Asen Yordanov. The tour will continue until September 22.

AOPA Bulgaria is a co-organizer, together with the Association of the Bulgarian Aviation Industry (ABAI), the Foundation “Bulgarian Air Force,” the Association of Ultralight Aviation in Bulgaria (ASAB), and the Bulgarian Aviation Association (BAA).
